"Chocolate Factory"
Students are challenged to understand general properties of melting points and emulsions while learning to make their own chocolate.
Lesson 1- Create Your Own Chocolate
Students will create a candy wrapper that includes the name, size, color, texture, flavor and main ingredients of their product.

Lesson 2- Which Type of Chocolate Melts Fastest?
In lab teams, students can simultaneously observe the melting process of the three types of chocolate and visualize which one starts to melt, which one melts the fastest, and which one takes the longest time to melt.
