Programming And Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers For ControlLogix 5000, SLC 500 and PLC 5 Controllers

This textbook is written to help new students and veteran technicians fully understand ControlLogix 5000, SLC 500 and PLC 5 controllers.  Thomas Kissell, the author, has written over 15 textbooks on PLCs, electrical controls, and factory automation and has presented technical classes to major manufacturing companies and to college students for over 30 years.  The author includes his vast troubleshooting knowledge to help the reader fully understand these controllers. The author wrote and published his first PLC textbook in 1986 and has continued to work with major manufacturing companies to help their technicians learn to troubleshoot and repair their factory automation.  This textbook explains theory and concepts in easy to understand examples and it has a wide variety of diagrams and pictures to help students learn.  This book is available in print and as an electronic form so students can take it anywhere in the classroom or on the factory floor when they are troubleshooting PLC controlled equipment.
